As professional music teachers, we at BandWorks are interested in establishing relationships with the music teaching community, and including local music teachers in our referral program. Over the years, we have found that students who take BandWorks are often in need of additional instruction, and benefit greatly from the individual attention they get at private lessons. BandWorks students are typically highly motivated, and are often very committed to improving their skills and musicianship with the help of a private teacher.

Likewise, students in private instruction often discover new avenues of musical expression through taking part in our band workshops. Each year, we receive referrals of students from music teachers throughout the Bay Area. If you think some of your students might enjoy and benefit from BandWorks, by all means send them our way—we’ll be more than happy to place them in an appropriate band.

BandWorks regularly sends an e-newsletter to music teachers and students, featuring lots of information useful to musicians at all levels of experience.
